TWD Phase 1: Zvezdniy

Phase One - A
(Ust'-Kut / Turka / Zvezdniy)
 Weather forecast: 
Starts with fairly mild weather,for Russia. no snowfall and max -10°C at night. Clear sky and 
occasionally you might find spots where the wind blew away the snow. The further you get into the country
the snow masses increase and it will snow every night lightly. Mornings will be chillier around -15°C to -25°C.
The weather is during this phase rather kind and gives beautiful snow covered landscapes when reaching Zvezdniy.
During this week no heavy wind or crazy snowfall was announced, you might even get a sunburn x)

Story:
Siranni and Jose got off to an early start. They had been travelling a few days now and the horses were rather well behaved. Considering Rattlesnake's reputation it was a god damned miracle. Instead of having the pack horses on a line, they had decided to use the dogs to keep them in order. This way the horses could socialize and not be pulled along if some horse decided to act up. Allegro and Jose were leading and Allegro was calmly plodding along like the reliable old mare she was. Jose looked back and grinned as he saw Siranni behind him. She had decided to start the trip with Gustine and the mare was feeling the nice weather as she acted up a bit. Their entire team was made of horses with a strong determined personality. They had also made the decision to leave Rula and Chaska with Phil. Four dogs is a bit much. So they kept Bella and Bali. The borzoi was never far from either of the riders but the wolf dog would occasionally wander off on a rabbit trail. The pack horses were enjoying themselves for the most part. Rev never went far from his owners and the two mustangs refused to wander. Especially when they caught scents of wolves and tigers. The tiger scent scared them the most. It was a weird and strange cat smell. Queen on the otherhand.... The Zlesdin mare didn't enjoy playing packhorse. At one point she'd managed to scrap her cinch on a tree and break it. Items had been scattered everywhere. For a little while she would behave but then this morning as Jose and Siranni watched the sky in awe at it's beautiful colours, the mare took the opportunity to act up again. 

Gustine snorted and half reared, feeding off the Zlesdin's mood. Jose rolled his eyes and then giggled in amusement. "I think we need a Zlesdin expert. Or a less temperamental horse", Jose said. Siranni laughed and replied "How about a psychiatrist". Both riders were soon laughing hard and Queen gave up her antics and glared at the two. Stomping her hoof, she snorted and trudged forward sourly.
