Information
The winter is here and Askeboda is holding our first show to celebrate our opening. The theme of the show will be christmas and you will find christmas lights hanging around the arenas and even some of the jumps. Stables will be decorated the same, with a thought of safety of course!
Rules
- No premade linearts. Tracing is fine however but remember to credit!
- Entries should be fullbody but this is up to you.
- Creativity and effort based! Sketchy horses over invisible jumps or riders without faces will automaticly get lower score!
- Bitless bridles are fine but horse should be controllable. A horse dangerous for others, it's rider or even itself will be disqualified.
- Vetcheck image isn't requied but appriciated and will get you higher score.
- You may NOT reuse old show images.
- Horse must be at least 3 years old to enter ridden classes, riders must be at least 5 years old for ridde and 10 for in hand. Stallions may not be handled by anyone under the age of 18 years old.
- Ponies are allowed to enter but there will not be any classes made for just ponies.
- Sponsorship will give you extra points, so will advertisement.
Judgeing
Help is appriciated for judgeing, but I will not allow you to enter the class you choose to judge. If interested, please not me!

Partial Body horse (not showing all four legs etc. Doesn't count if obtstacle is blocking) - 6 pts
Headshot horse - 3 pts
Shading - 10 pts
Flat - 5 pts
Fullbody rider - 10 pts
Partial rider - 5 pts
Detailed background - 10 pts (doesn't require shading!)
Flat background - 3 pts
Photo background - 0 pts
(Maximum 40 pts)
Bonus points:
Creaivity - 1 - 20 pts
Effort - 1 - 20 pts
Story - 1 - 20 pts
Vet check - 1 - 10 pts
Correct background - 1 - 10 pts

For HorseRegistry participants!
You will gain extra points from your horses skills! Meaning that the more you have in the skills that is required for that class is going to give you extra points! However, entering a low horse against a horse with a lot of skills isn't going to be a disadvantage. Show your green horse being just that! Green! (not colouring it green!) Show it being insecure or jumping funky, or let it do something unexpeced! Show it doing a step wrong in dressage or something!

Show jumping will be held in the indoor arena, decorated with christmas lights and a christmastree in the middle. From the arena you can see the stables in the same building like this and even there it will be decorated. You will design the jumps yourself but they will all be chrismtas themed! Some jumps might be spookier and sparklier for the horse than others. here's one to inspire you!
You can show your horse landing, approaching and jumping, even cantering between jumps. Stops and knocked down jumps will not be pentelised. Showing your rider falling off (hitting the ground) will disqualify you (but there's always ways to do that and get away with it

Dressage will be held in the indoor arena, decorated with christmas lights and a christmastree in the middle. From the arena you can see the stables in the same building like this and even there it will be decorated. The dressage rails will be deorated with minor lights around the letters as well as Santa, trees, gifts and reindeers.
You can show your horse preforming any move in dressage that is allowed. Santas hats instead of helmet or dressage hat is allowed if worn with a smile and rosy cheeks. And of course it's appriciated if you put horns on your head and a little red nose. But just remember that young horses wont preform grand pix moves! This will make you loose some extra points.

3 Day Event
The 3 day event will work the same in Dressage and showjumping as those classes, but we also got Cross country and lack of daylight in Sweden this year around it will be spread over two days to avoid injuries.It will be going through forest and fields (no water) through snow. Most jumps will have a christmas touch and others will be the standard type of jumps. You design the jumps yourself here.
You can show your horse at any point during the phase. Cantering, jumping, landing, approaching well you know the deal. Riders MUST wear protective gear and horses must have calks to avoid slipping. The snow have been cleared infront of and behind jumps and sand has been put there for everyones safety.

In hand
The in hand show will be held in the indoor arena, decorated with christmas lights and a christmastree in the middle. From the arena you can see the stables in the same building like this and even there it will be decorated. Horses may wear christmas or winter themed costumes but it shouldn't limit it's sight or movement.
The horse can be shown with or without handler, some kind of head gear MUST be used. Foals can be shown with their mothers. Any movement is okey as well as the horse standing still.
